I'm planning a trip that may average about 500 miles a day. Here is a list of what I have done in preparation
1. Had the bike serviced
2. Purchased Spare fuses
3. Installed the Suzuki Luggage rack
4. Purchased the Nelson Riggs 600 luggage
5. Installed the protac back rest
6. Purchased rain gear.
7. Purchased an all in one type of tool (Designed for camping)
8. Installed a Memphis Shades 17" windshield
9. Installed a bicycle clock on the handlebars.
I plan on carrying a Clymer manual, spare spark plug, tire sealant, tools, and electrical tape.
My trip will take place over the next couple of weeks. Look for a posting of how I and the bike fared. I hope to review the items that I used and how they worked.
By the way, I have a 95 SAVAGE
